Our product, ConnX eHR is a software solution for business with 50 – 2,000 employees. We supply solutions to clients in all types of industry, and do not sell based on vertical markets or territories.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide the best HR solutions to your prospects. It involves total sales management from initial contact, site visits, analysis of requirements, product presentations, proposals and closing. 

Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate: 

  • Experience in human resources / payroll / T&A software
  • Ability to liaise effectively with clients and fellow staff members
  • Strong oral, written, communication and listening skills
  • Professional presentation

You will be able to: 
  • Manage end to end new business sales functions
  • Perform software presentations
  • Negotiate the best sale
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Meet sales budgets and achieve sales KPI’s
You will be fully supported by our team with product & sales training, administration support, and total access to our client services and software development teams. 

An attractive remuneration package applies with an uncapped commission structure.
