How you'll make a difference...

  • You will be at the forefront of providing subject matter expertise to our existing and new clients by delivering our HR software solutions
What you will do:
  • Implement and project manage our solution to new clients
  • Provide exceptional training to our new and existing clients
  • Conduct consulting services to our existing clients assisting them to achieve their current and future goals
  • Build strong relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and delivering brilliant service
  • Account manage an allocated set of clients to ensure ongoing client satisfaction

What you will bring:

  • A background in payroll and HR practices with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • A background in award/EA interpretation
  • A desire to help others and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Out of the box thinking, with the ability to work within defined processes and deliverables
  • The ability to communicate across all levels of internal and external stakeholders, be a champion of your product and a team player at the same time
  • Demonstrated skills in project management, software implementation and training (e.g. ConnX, Chris21, SuccessFactors etc.)

Additional Information

  • Current driver’s license and your own car are required for this role
  • This role is based in Sydney, however you will be required to travel throughout the greater Sydney area, regional New South Wales, ACT and other states from time to time
  • Full product training will be provided within a supportive and easy going environment
