The Senior Systems Administrator role reports directly to the Team Lead – Technical Support & Internal ICT who is based in Brisbane, Australia.

What you will do:
You will be our ‘go-to’ person for all the day to day ICT operations which support our whole company
Together with your Team Lead, you will be hands on and responsible for the following:
 Infrastructure Management for internal company users.  This includes everything from computers, severs (both physical, virtual and cloud), networking devices and everything in between.
System and User Management
Software Application Management for internal company users.  This includes everything from Windows OS and MS Applications, to CRM and other enterprise software
Procurement and Vendor Management
Telecommunication management
You will also perform research and implementation on practices, tools and techniques to assist team members and the company as a whole to continually improve.


What you need to be successful:
Degree or certification in relevant IT related stream
Minimum of 2 years of experience a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must
Demonstrated initiative and a pro-active attitude
Strong knowledge in the following:
Microsoft Server administration
Office 365 configuration and administration
Server and Desktop Hardware
Active Directory
Windows Infrastructures
Some knowledge in the following (the higher the knowledge, the more favorably you will be considered)
Amazon Web Services - EC2, S3, Route 53 are highly recommended

This role is based in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka and reports directly to the Team Leader – Technical Support & Internal ICT who is based in Brisbane, Australia.
