Our company, ConnX Pty Ltd, has been specialising in sales and support services for human resource software for more than 14 years. Our product, ConnX eHR is a software solution for business with 50 – 7,000 employees. We currently support hundreds of clients throughout Australia. We’re passionate about delivering premier software solutions and services and as a result our software is used by many well-known and blue-chip organisations.

About the role

In this role, you will be

  • assessing business requirements and writing specifications
  • assisting external and internal clients with queries
  • writing SQL queries for data fixes and improvements
  • updating HTML for client specific changes (minimal), and
  • managing documentation and technical issues

About You 

You enjoy helping others, and are dedicated to finding an answer or solution to an issue.

You thrive on not knowing what the day will bring, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

It is preferable you have experience with HR systems (e.g. ConnX, PeopleSoft, EmployeeConnect, Chris21, SAP), and may have provided helpdesk support or guidance to others in your organisation.

Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate:
  • Conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm, sense of humour, motivated and well-organised.
  • Strong priorisation skills and sense of urgency
  • Direct or indirect experience with HR.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Collaborative working style but also the ability to work independently when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering a high quality solution.
  • Initiative and a pro-active attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years of appropriate work experience.

This role is based in Milton, Brisbane. Our office is in easy walking distance to Park Road, shops and transportation. We’ve only recently moved into a new office with a first rate kitchen, lots of TVs, smartboards and other gadgets.
