Our product, ConnX is a modular based software solution for businesses with 50 – 10,000 employees. We currently support hundreds of clients throughout Australia. We’re focused on delivering world class software solutions and services and as a result our software is used by many well-known and blue-chip organisations.

What you will do:
• Join the ConnX Award Interpretation module subject matter experts
• Undertake configuration of Awards in accordance with client requirements
• Support clients with formal training of the Award Interpretation module
• Provide ongoing consulting for our new and existing clients assisting them to achieve their current and future goals
• Implement and manage projects with new and existing clients
• Provide exceptional training and client support for the ConnX product as a whole
• Build strong relationships with our clients by understanding their needs and delivering brilliant service

What you will bring:
• An understanding of current employment legislation, including Award interpretation
• A background in Payroll and Award Interpretation with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Experience with delivering remote based product training
• Strong communication with the ability to communicate across all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills
• A desire to help others and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Out of the box thinking, with the ability to work within defined processes and deliverables
• Be a champion of your product and a team player at the same time
• Demonstrated skills in project management, software configuration, implementation and training (e.g. ConnX, MicrOpay, Chris21, SuccessFactors etc.)
