We need someone new and technical minded to help support our products and more challenging technical queries.  This is a client facing role so excellent communication skills are mandatory to the position.


The main objectives will be:

  • Technical support of our products and the help desk team
  • Discuss and identify technical needs of the client
  • Test and resolve software and/or environmental issues
  • Administer Cloud environments, AWS and Azure
  • Install, configure and upgrade software packages for a variety of environments

You will be working as a key contributor in a small team with a big emphasis on teamwork.

Secondary objectives involve:

  • Being a backup internal tech support for our staff
  • Engaging in projects to improve the product and internal infrastructure

To be successful
in this role you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in IT
  • At least 1 year on an IT Help desk/Services desk
  • Great documentation skills

It will be looked upon favourably if you have:

  • Experience or certifications in Microsoft Servers IIS and SQL
  • Experience or certifications in AWS technologies


But more importantly:

  • A professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • A sense of urgency, can think on your feet, be adaptable and eager to help
  • Great problem-solving skills, and the ability to “think outside the box”
  • Excellent communication - written (email) and verbal (telephone manner) and interpersonal
